The Social Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia issued, on January 11, 2019, Judgment No. 93/2019, by which it upheld an appeal for review filed by attorney Mr. David Velasco Blaya, and granted the client of the law firm Velasco Blaya Abogados, Mrs. L.Gr., an absolute permanent disability pension.
In these proceedings, Mr. David Velasco Blaya acted as legal counsel, specialist in labor law and Social Security, and owner of the law firm in Girona, Velasco Blaya Abogados.
That judgment fully upheld the arguments set forth in the appeal for review and considers that fibromyalgia, together with the symptom of chronic fatigue suffered by the patient, prevents her from performing any type of work.
