How we work

The methodology of our law firm in Girona

The client contacts the firm to arrange a meeting. During the interview, all the relevant information about your legal matter is collected from the client.

If the query is resolved in the act the action of the Office ends at the same meeting. If the consultation entails the performance of subsequent legal proceedings, a professional commission sheet is prepared by the firm and presented to the client for compliance.

Before initiating any professional performance, the client and the firm sign a professional assignment sheet, where the work to be done is agreed and the fees as consideration for such services. In this way the client knows in advance what services the firm will perform as well as the cost of such services, in an absolutely transparent manner.

During the processing of the procedure, the judicial resolutions and other relevant documents concerning their judicial procedure are sent to the client, so that the client always has at his disposal timely information on the status and evolution of his case.
