The First Section of the Provincial Court of Girona issued, on 19 May 2017, judgment number 181/17, favorable to Ms. D.N.C., a client of the law firm Velasco Blaya Abogados, which upheld the judgment handed down at first instance, ordering A.A. to pay her the amount of €25,723.76.
