The Commercial Court No. 1 of Girona issued, on 7 June 2017, Judgment No. 159/2017, by which it fully upheld the claim filed by Mr. J.G.M., a client of the law firm Velasco Blaya Abogados, and ordered the company Vidresif, S.A. to pay him the amount of €7,452.01, plus interest and legal costs.
