Estimate of a permanent disability claim in favor of a client of the Velasco Blaya Advocats law firm

Girona Social Court No. 1 issued, on November 6, 2020, Judgment No. 228/20, by which it upheld the claim for permanent disability in favor of Ms. M.P.L., a client of Bufete Velasco Blaya Abogados, and granted her total permanent disability for her usual profession as a cleaner, with the right to receive a monthly pension of 55% of her regulatory base.
